♦ Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without explanation.
♦ Communication through Discord — @fernum_.

[General]

♦ Full payment after sketch confirmation. I won't continue the work without payment.
♦ Payment through Hipolink/Boosty/EasyStart.
♦ Turnaround: 2~3 weeks.
♦ No refunds.
♦ Personal/non-commercial use. Leave a credit on Fernum.
♦ You may crop, resize, rotate, use as reference finished artwork.
♦ You can't edit final artwork in any way except mentioned above.
♦ Don't remove watermark from full final piece.
♦ Don't use artwork for NFT, AI, Crypto, Modification, or Redistribution.
♦ Those who violate this TOS will be blacklisted.

[Commissions]

♦ Will draw: human(oid)s, anthro/feral, monsters/original species, simple backgrounds, blood (not extreme/gore), with eyestrain colours.
♦ Better ask: moderate nudity (not NSFW!), armour/mecha.
♦ Won't draw: NSFW/fetishes, real people/animals, complex mecha/robots, complex backgrounds, hateful/political content, media/fandom characters.

[Work in Progress (WIPs)]

♦ After sketch confirmation I can provide WIPs of any stage. If you don't need them - just let me know.
♦ After lineart and basic colours stages minor changes are for additional fee. No drastic or plentiful changes!
